MEET ETHAN — LEADING BY EXAMPLE IN FRANKLIN BUILDING SUPPLY’S YARD IN THE SPOTLIGHT
team’s development and well-being creates a workplace where everyone can feel challenged, supported, and appreciated. We build success together and are proud of each of our team members. Ethan Crane is our Yard Lead at our Burley, Idaho, location. He wears many hats and handles his responsibilities with ease and efficiency. He ensures the yard remains clean and manages a team to keep operations running smoothly. Additionally, Ethan supports the yard crew in assisting customers by loading products and answering queries. He also plays a significant role in loading builders’ orders and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. “I enjoy meeting and talking to builders and learning new things about the building
and lumber industry. I love seeing positive progress within the company and the people,” Ethan tells us. “One thing I don’t like is being at work without my tool belt.” We have a fun fact to share about Ethan’s tool belt, or as we call it, his Batman utility belt. About once a week, he adds a new accessory to it! Outside of work, Ethan loves to stay busy. He’s always the guy to help his friends and family with small building projects or handyman tasks, and he loves getting his hands dirty with yard work. You may even catch him playing disc golf at a local park! Ethan, the past two years with you on board have been amazing. We look forward to many more! Keep up the great work!
