Risk Management, Part 2: Parks on Trial ASDA attorneys, insurance representatives from Safehold Special Risk and MountainGuard, and risk management specialists will lead mock depositions using members of the audience focused on the key elements that play vital roles in many terrain park cases: negligent design, negligent construction, negligent maintenance, failure to warn, and failure to educate. Presented in a dynamic format, this session is sure to be an eye-opener. Freestyle Terrain Notebook Updates & Jump Measurement This session will review the latest updates of the Freestyle Terrain Notebook and then experts will lead you through jump and hip measurement, discussing the how and why and the best tools for the job.
