Charles Beckinsale | Prinoth Charles Beckinsale is the director of the Stomping Grounds Projects, which offers high performance ski and snowboard sessions focused on slopestyle, big air, and pipe. He spent the last 18 years operating snowcats and terrain-park building in Australia, the U.S., Canada, Austria, Switzerland, Norway, China, and Japan. His career began at Thredbo Resort in Australia, where he served on park crew before moving into the park manager position for 12 years, when he also served as a free groomer at Squaw Valley [Palisades Tahoe], Calif. He later built parks at Whistler Blackcomb, B.C., and eventually took on the park manager and youth marketing role at Perisher Resort, Australia, for 6 years prior to launching the Stomping Grounds Proj - ects in 2016. charles@stompinggroundsprojects.com Nick Boggs | Prinoth Nick Boggs began his snowsports career in his home state of West Virginia at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. In 2012, Nick moved to Col - orado and joined the terrain park team at Keystone Resort. Ahead of the 2018 Winter Olympics, Keystone’s parks were the training grounds for bronze medalist Mark McMorris. Nick has worked closely with a number of athletes including Torstein Horgmo, Red Gerard, and Halldor Hellgason. After almost 10 years at Keystone, he returned to the East Coast and joined the Prinoth team as a demo operator. Today, he supports resorts across the North, Southeast, and Midwest. Since 2021, Nick has been a course builder for the FIS World Cup event at Killington, Vt. timothy.boggs@prinoth.com Parker Bohon | The Blade Dive Having found snowboarding in the Southeast’s Appalachian moun - tains during high school, Parker Bohon became infatuated with the idea of traveling west. Combining his passion for action sports and living that lifestyle, Bohon cut his teeth within iconic terrain park programs such as June Mountain, Calif., Park City, Utah, and Thred - bo, Australia, laying the foundation for leadership opportunities, overseeing terrain park and progression programs at Mt. Bachelor, Ore., and Woodward Copper, Colo. As the creator and host of The Blade Dive Podcast, Bohon is diving into the idea of a cultural re - vamp and advocation for the industry and its people. Bachelor. parkerbohon@gmail.com Mike Brandi | MountainGuard Mike Brandi is a claims and loss control specialist for Mountain - Guard, working with ski areas up and down the East Coast. Before joining MountainGuard, Mike was an experienced attorney handling mostly insurance defense cases, but also complex constitutional and commercial litigation. Mike grew up around the ski industry and is a self-proclaimed “half-decent” ski racer. He enjoys combining his legal and insurance expertise with his love of skiing to protect and support the ski Industry. mike.brandi@amwins.com

Ricky Burgett | PistenBully Ricky started grooming in 2006 on Mt. Hood Skibowl, Ore. From 2013 to 2016, he was part of the winch crew for the Birds of Prey World Cup at Beaver Creek, Colo., and the World Championships in 2015. From there, Ricky did three winters in South Korea, on the winch crew, helping build two World Cups and finishing with the 2018 Winter Olympics. rburgett@pistenbullyusa.com Chloe Butel | Timberline From learning to ski in the French Alps to riding the Sierras of California as an adult, Chloe Butel now calls Mt. Hood home. She has worked nine seasons throughout the West Coast at Sierra-at-Tahoe, Northstar, and Timberline. Through taking part in events like Take the Rake, building at X Games, travel - ing with Effective Edge, or building the local resort park, Chloe is an advocate for equality and sustainability in the industry. chloebutel@gmail.com Jeremy Cooper | Boyne Resorts Jeremy Cooper is an accomplished terrain park builder and design - er. He has worked with resorts across the country and internation - ally, from Mammoth Mountain, Calif., to Falls Creek, Australia. Cur - rently, he is VP of mountain sports development for Boyne Resorts. There, he oversees terrain parks, MTB parks, and adventure activ - ities, and facilitates mountain operations-related capital improve - ment projects across Boyne’s properties. Jeremy’s peers nominated him for a SAMMY Leadership Award in 2024, only partially because of his blonde flow and dreamy blue eyes. jeremy.cooper@boynere - sorts.com Brian Demarest | PistenBully Brian started snowboarding at Stevens Pass, Wash., back in 2000 and took his first job working in the terrain park before becoming a cat driver shortly after. From there he started helping in the shop during the summer seasons and eventually took a job as a full-time mechanic at Stevens Pass. After that he took a role at Mt. Bachelor, Ore., as a park cat operator and became the head pipe cutter for three seasons. Brian now works full-time as the SNOWsat/Pro Academy manager. bdemarest@pistenbullyusa.com Brandon Dodds | Prinoth Brandon grew up snowboarding in Minnesota on the rope tows of Buck, Hyland, and Troll. He moved to Tahoe in 1997 after high school to pursue a career in the ski industry. He has worked for Heavenly, Squaw Valley [Palisades Tahoe], Tamarack, Perisher, Woodward Tahoe, and Sugar Bowl as lead builder and park manager. Brandon has helped train park operators at several resorts and joins Prinoth for operator training at Cutter’s Camp. He has also participated in a variety of special projects and park builds such as Stomping Grounds,
