Abigail Lewis | Arena Snowparks Abigail Lewis has been bouncing around the resort roster since 2011, gaining insights in many different departments and roles from coaching to making snow, then landing in the terrain park world in 2016. Since then she’s travelled between resorts, summer and win - ter, building her knowledge and skills. She’s worked the last 3 years shaping for Arena Snowparks at various events across the globe. Her main focus is on building inclusion, diversity, and accessibility through events like The Build Up, ride/dig clinics, and round table discussions. Abby@arenasnowparks.com Andy Lindsey | PistenBully Andy was raised in Lake Tahoe, Calif., and has more than 25 sea - sons of operating experience. He has an extensive background in racecourse slope prep with winch machines and has been a part of 15 World Cup race course builds and worked around the world in Colorado, Vermont, Australia, New Zealand, and South Korea. Andy is now the KATV regional manager for the California, Nevada territory. alindsey@pistenbullyusa.com Adam Mahler | Trollhaugen Adam Mahler fell in love with snowboarding at age 14 and start - ed by working in virtually every department of his local ski area, Trollhaugen, Wis. He went on to earn his degree in welding and gained experience in construction, electrical, and led solar energy crews, while remaining a manager and designer of Trollhaugen’s terrain parks. In 2018, he joined Troll full-time as mountain man - ager. Adam is a lifelong learner and strives to share his knowledge and insights with the next generation of resort staff by attending and teaching workshops at Cutter’s Camp, the Midwest Terrain Park Summit, Take The Rake, and through one-on-one mentoring. adam.mahler.87@gmail.com John “Weasel” O’Boyle | Timberline John “Weasel” O’Boyle started working for Timberline in 2014 after spending time at resorts in Vermont and California. Weasel worked as an alpine groomer, freestyle groomer and housecat operator be - fore becoming assistant terrain park manager in 2018. He helped run day-to-day operations, manage and train terrain-park day staff, as well as build and help design terrain park layouts, create training documents, and implement new strategies for Timberline’s freestyle grooming department. Weasel has built for events like “Itstits” and “Holy Bowly,” and the summer FTC training facility at Timberline. He now travels around the U.S. to help other resorts with larger projects and train park builders, but is still based at Timberline and Mt. Hood.
snowsports. He joined the terrain park team at WinSport, Alberta, jumped into a snowcat, and focused on building slopestyle and big air. During his grooming career, he has worked heavily with Charles Beckinsale building multiple national-team training venues, World Cup courses and high-level events worldwide. Connor joined Prinoth as a demo operator and now supports resorts throughout Western Canada. He last attended Cutter’s Camp as a camper and is excited to return as a coach. connor.owen@prinoth.com Lucas Ouellette | Arena Snowparks Lucas has been working in the terrain park world for more than 22 years now. He’s traveled the globe building everything from rail jams to the Olympics, and everything in between. As director of op - erations at Arena Snowparks, he oversees design and construction of events, manages the rail fabrication shop, and creates the major - ity of the stupid videos seen on the ASP Instagram. Lucas is always stoked to see the next generation of park builders pushing creativity and quality on their builds. You can find him in the hottub with Steve most evenings. Lucas@arenasnowparks.com Steve Petrie | Arena Snowparks Steve Petrie arrived in Whistler, B.C., in the early ‘90s looking for a job that would allow him to snowboard as much as possible. He joined Black - comb as a groomer in 1994—the first year the mountain built a terrain park. After 11 years of working back-to-back winters and summers, he founded Arena Snowparks in 2004. Since then, the ASP team has traveled the world building parks, half pipes, snowcrosses, and events, including multiple Winter Olympic Games. Brad understands all aspects of the ski industry, and actively participates in all industry meetings of conse - quence in the Pacific Northwest. He was awarded the 2008 Industri - al Strength Award by the Pacific Northwest Ski Areas Association, a prestigious honor presented to individuals who have made a signif - icant contribution to the Pacific Northwest ski industry. bstandford@fwwlaw.com David Stanley |Ullr David grew up riding in North Carolina and later Wisconsin. His first foray into the ski industry was as a videographer at a summer camp in Whistler, B.C. As an adult, he realized that he was more of a nerd than an artist and traded the camera for a career in software engi- neering, where he led teams of developers at several startups.
