Fitness Series ANCC’s Fitness Services are committed to assisting you in attaining your optimal physical well-being. Our team of nationally certified Fitness Professionals possess extensive knowledge in general fitness and specializations in weight loss, women’s fitness, and athletic performance. Our personalized and buddy training programs are meticulously designed to align with your unique fitness goals. Furthermore, we offer small group training sessions for individuals who value collaborative workouts with their peers. Our Junior Fitness Program was created to help our Juniors build safe and consistent habits when using the fitness and wellness center. Juniors aged 13-15 must complete a two-session certification ($130), while juniors aged 16/17 complete a one session ($65) fitness and wellness orientation. Benefits include expert guidance, camaraderie with fellow members, and a structured schedule that facilitates consistent progress. Army Navy Country Club (ANCC) provides a diverse range of formats designed to strengthen muscles, enhance flexibility, and foster holistic well-being. Enroll in a single class or opt for a monthly subscription to secure substantial savings. Register for classes conveniently through the ANCC mobile application or website. The Fitness and Wellness department at Army Navy Country Club offers a variety of services to help you on your fitness and wellness journey. From personal training and group classes, to massage therapy, assisted stretching and wellness activities. Our goal is to make the Fitness and Wellness Center the hub of all of your activities at ANCC.
