As a member of our team since 2019, Reco has a great track record for referring People Like You to Averitt. He is responsible for a total of five new associates hired in three years, and 10 applicants listed him as their reason for seeking a job with us in 2022. “I always tell people about how great it is to work at Averitt,” Reco says. “Our family atmosphere is always one of my major talking points. It’s the best job I’ve ever had, and I like leading people to better things.” Reco was once referred to our team as well, after previously working with the railroad and then with a competing carrier. He was told about Averitt by a friend and soon came aboard. He recently celebrated his third work anniversary in September.
