Our service to industry, like so many other providers, was halted at the end of March 2020 by the impact of the pandemic. Resuming AM2 assessment at the beginning of June 2020, required special measures to protect our staff, candidates, and the community. We have installed a fever detecting thermal imaging camera at the point of entry to screen and detect those exhibiting potential Covid 19 symptoms. Other measures include pre-screening of candidates, one-way routeing, hand-cleaning stations, social distancing signage, R egistration of projects and approval of new licences continued uninterrupted during the period of lockdown. Part of our service includes independent verification of an applicant’s identity and authentication of worker qualifications on behalf Public Sector Clients. protective screens, and provision of free PPE. Cyber Safe Training Our lecture rooms are presently closed due to the continuing risks of virus transmission and the prospect of a second spike. We will continue to evaluate and explore the possibilities of recommencing directed learning as we move forward, but for now we are playing it safe. However, we have commenced online live training courses using the “Gototraining” platform. Playing it

safe is equally important, especially when it comes to cyber security and online training. We have chosen to invest in an online platform that includes safeguards to help protect you from cyber threats. The system provides participants with a highly interactive online learning experience at a location of comfort and personal choice. You will be joined with a small group of like-minded learners in a cyber safe environment. Training will be delivered by a highly experienced, up to date, customer rated, expert lecturer.
