Our employee networks are: • GECCO is our gender equality network and aims to identify issues, drive change and lobby for progress on gender equality. • Pryde & Co is the firm’s network for LGBT+ colleagues and their straight allies. The aim of Pryde & Co is to provide a support network within the firm and to educate colleagues about the issues facing LGBT+ people today. • ACED is the firm’s cultural and ethnic diversity network which seeks to provide all members of staff a place to share and celebrate their culture and ethnicity, whilst supporting the firm to identify and tackle issues relating to culture and ethnicity.

Creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels that they belong and can be themselves, is vital to the success of our business. We are working hard to create a diverse workforce that is fully representative of the communities and rich cultures in which we live and work. We have recently committed to a new diversity and inclusion strategy to ensure that as a firm we were giving this business-critical area the right level of focus and investment to make meaningful progress. As part of this we have increased our commitment to mental health and are taking proactive steps to support the wellbeing of all of our people. We encourage all employees to get involved in our diversity initiatives. Our key areas of focus are: gender, LGBT+, social mobility, mental health and wellbeing and culture and ethnicity.
