PSU has signed an 11,000 s/f lease at the Energy Innovation Center (EIC), located at 1435 Bedford Ave. The 185,000 s/f EIC was con- structed in 1930 and formerly served as the Connelly Trade School. The Penn State Center and Exchange, whichwill house community outreach initiatives, engaged scholarship and ap- plied research for PSU.
