a Roseland property, has achieved the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver certifi- cation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) . The luxury apartment com- munity was celebrated for its energy efficiency, sustain- ability, and environmentally friendly design. The apartment building’s efforts in water conservation, green house gas reduction, and energy performance were among some of the key factors considered by the USGBC. Some notable elements in- clude ten new vehicle charging stations, upgraded thermal insulation, and the building’s recycling program, which sal- vaged or recycled over 75% of construction waste. Over 90% of RiverTrace’s WILMINGTON, DE — The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Delaware recently presented Becker Morgan Group with a 2014 Citation Award in the un- built category for William F. Cooke, Jr. Elementary School in Hockessin, DE and the 2014 Honor Award with a special citation in sustainable design for Dover Public Li- brary. The awards recognize significant achievements by AIA members in the plan- ning, design, and execution of architectural projects.
