KBS REIT II signs over 230,000 s/f in leases during the fourth quarter of 2014 at Park Ave. at Morris County

LORHAM PARK, NJ — KBS Real Estate Investment Trust II (KBS REIT II) announced the signing of 234,562 s/f in leases within the fourth quarter of 2014 at Park Ave. at Morris County, a six-building prop- erty strategically located near the intersection of Columbia Tpke. and Park Ave. Among the tenants are Pricewater- houseCoopers LLP and CoStar Realty Information, Inc. KBS REIT II has been up- dating the buildings and add- ing amenities at the park to enhance the tenant experience at this property in subur- ban New Jersey. Among the components is a new fitness center complete with an aero- bic studio, massage therapy room, cross fit station, ath- letic trainers and a physical therapist. Also included is a fleet of private shuttles that service local amenities and provide access to the Madison New Jersey Transit Rail Sta- tion.
