Northern Ireland branch member to member mentoring scheme
In addition to a programme of regular events, the branch runs a very successful mentoring scheme, which links like-minded HR and L&D professionals, benefitting both mentors and mentees.
The scheme supports mentees to develop themselves, develop strengths and competencies, gain knowledge and experience, meet work challenges and lots more.
As well as developing their mentoring skills, our mentors report that they benefit from nurturing and enabling their mentee to develop, as well as improving their own supervisory or communication skills, and expanding their networks.
Contact Jane Hamilton, Mentoring Engagement Lead if you would be interested in joining the next cohort of the scheme. Email jane.hamilton@cipdbranch.co.uk.
