The ability to construct a well-designed, superior quality home, office or guest house with minimal waste and impact to the job site didn’t really exist - until now .

Meet DARIO. The panelized system that is elevating every facet of construction, from material quality to environmental impact.

What is DARIO? DARIO is a panelized construction method that allows any structure - from a home to an office building - to be constructed in a controlled facility in panels, and then erected on site with minimal impact to the jobsite or environment. What once took months to build onsite, now gets erected in days.

With DARIO, precision is key.

A precision that has been mastered over decades of building exceptional residences and commercial structures by DARIO creators, the Escobedo Group.

“This construction method is the future. There is nothing that has been put in front of us that we can’t build in DARIO.” - David Escobedo

“In today’s world, people want it now. The DARIO system is able to get the client’s dream realized quicker.” - David Escobedo

Why DARIO?

Time is the only thing you can’t get back. Time is money.

DARIO provides an exceptional quality build, in less time than conventional construction. Every panel is constructed of light gauge steel and structural steel and measured to exact precision, ensuring a seamless final product. DARIO panels are constructed in Escobedo Group’s 60,000 square foot state of the art facility in Buda, Texas, and transported directly to the jobsite. DARIO structures are then erected in days, not months - leaving minimal impact on the jobsite and surrounding nature. “It is far more effective, there is far less waste, and you will get a performance that is certainly better than a conventional approach.” - Jerry Garcia, Principal of Structures Engineering

“They erected the entire lodge in 5 days. It is amazing the way it went together.” - Mike Reese, DARIO client

This DARIO residence in Colorado was constructed on rough terrain in a rural location. The Rio Grande river ran through the property and presented the design team with unique challenges from the steep cliffside to extreme weather. This project was completed in 11 months from concept to installation.

“Instead of 5 dumpsters on a jobsite, I would like to reduce it down to 5 garbage bags.” - David Escobedo

Conscious Design DARIO is a better, more efficient way to build. The panelized system drastically reduces waste, prevents damage to native conditions, and makes the construction footprint on the jobsite minimal. “The environment and our impact is one of our biggest tenets. We care about the environment. Our clients care about the environment. DARIO is conscious about waste, construction waste and any other type of waste in our built environment.” - Matt Escobedo

“The sky’s the limit. Anything you can conceive of or can imagine can be built in DARIO. It can be panelized.” - Matt Escobedo

Design without limitations

If you can build it in conventional construction, you can build it in DARIO.

Whether working from existing architectural plans or starting from scratch, anything is possible.

“We have moved the needle on construction with DARIO, into a new era.” - David Escobedo

Even in the face of difficult terrains and remote locations - these are circumstances in which the DARIO panelized system thrives.
