ADULT Fitness on Tap: Bootcamp and Brews • AGES 21 AND UP Challenge yourself with Bootcamp and Brews and “tap” into the athlete you believe you are. Enjoy an efficient and challenging workout that focuses on core strength, body weight training and more. Each participant will receive one drink ticket that can be redeemed in the taproom immediately following the workout. This is a 21 and older event. Young teens are perpetually distracted by social media and expectations of instant gratification, and the stresses can be overwhelming. This meditation program especially tailored for teens, will encourage open-hearted awareness in everyday activities. Our Meditation Series is structured to target several areas of life including: Stress, Families, Mental Health, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Emotions. Each week our Meditation instructor, Jitendra Desai, will present a new topic. You may sign up for one class at a time or the entire series. Jitendra will guide participants through various meditations to help promote healing and alleviate daily stress. Fort Hill Fitness members may receive a discount, which is available only by registering at Fort Hill’s main service desk.
