Naperville Youth Soccer • GRADES PRE-K-6 NYS is a Naperville soccer tradition that emphasizes fun and learning. Participants will be a part of a team, learn new skills, socialize, be active and have fun! Weekly practice locations are listed. Teams will practice between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00 p.m. for approximately one hour. Players will be contacted by their coaches during the week before the first practice with the time of their practice. Games are played on Saturdays at various parks throughout Naperville. Game schedules are posted approximately one week before practices begin at https://www. quickscores.com/napervilleparks. Pre-K participants must be four years old as of April 1st. Kindergarten participants must be five years old as of September 1st. All other participants must register for the grade they will be in during the spring season. PreK-1st grade teams use parent volunteers and coaches as referees and linesman. Participants may only be on one team and are asked to register OR waitlist for one team only. Registrants found also to be on a waitlist will be removed from the waitlisted option. The first practice is the week of March 27. There are 7 games with the first game scheduled for April 8. Three volunteer coaches are needed for each team. Those interested in volunteering should select their volunteer interest at the time of registration. Coaches are selected by order of registration. Coaches that are selected will receive their coaching information and assignments by early March. Participants must wear a NYS reversible jersey which is purchased separately and available for sale at the Fort Hill Activity Center.
