Free Trial: Senior Exercise • AGES 50 AND UP NEW Interested in starting the New Year off on a healthier note but not sure which type of exercise class best fits your needs? Participate in a free trial of the new Regain Your Balance class, as well as the popular Ageless Grace®: Timeless Fit for the Body and Mind and Senior Stretch. Each class is approximately 30-45 minutes long with a 15-minute break in between for Q&A. Regain Your Balance starts at 9:00 am, followed by Ageless Grace at 10:00 am and Senior Stretch at 11:00 am. Although this program is free, registration is required. Please note that Ageless Grace is done entirely from a chair, barefoot. Bring comfy socks if needed. In order to participate in the Senior Stretch class, you must be mobile and able to support yourself without assistance. Wear gym shoes with good support.
