Christen Black Director, Customer Success Blackpoint Cyber Black’s main objective has been developing a customer service model where Blackpoint Cyber puts partners first. She created a support network that provides a prompt, efficient response, which gives partners peace of mind so they can focus on their end customers.

Laura Blackmer President, Dealer Sales Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A. Blackmer introduced a new dealer performance program, Rev’d Up, that rewards dealers for diver- sification and increases rewards and incentives as they progress in levels. She also managed through a challenging year of supply chain issues for hardware and supplies.

Tricia Blade Director, Channel Marketing Trellix Blade led the global marketing planning, implementation and exe- cution of Trellix’s Global Partner Summit, which was meticulously created for partners to grow, accel- erate and transform their business. This delivered a standing-room-only event representing 30-plus countries.

Binet helped her team cultivate new strategic partnerships by identify- ing key organizations and regions, developing relationships, obtaining contracts, educating sales teams and building trac- tion, all while promoting Sectigo as an emerging technology partner in the enterprise space.

Billhorn integrated Sirius Computer Solutions into the CDW organization. She worked with partners to align the resources to serve major, territory and vertical accounts to maxi- mize the opportunities for customers as CDW takes advantage of the increase in new solution categories.

Rebecca Bleicher Director, Collaboration Practice ANM

Carlota Blom Sales, Managing Director, Latin America Lexmark International Blom managed supply and demand availability issues and implemented and executed Lexmark’s strat- egy and offerings in Latin America. She also enabled partner growth through differentiated programs and initiatives designed for partners’ specific markets and needs.

Shannon Bodnar VP, Global Partner Marketing Zscaler Bodnar oversaw the expansion of the global partner marketing orga- nization by doubling the size of the team and add- ing leaders in each global theater and across several segments. She also set goals around new demand generation vehicles and deeper technology alliance partner efforts. Shannon Boulanger Director, Partner Sales, Americas Alteryx Boulanger has led Alteryx through a year of chan- nel growth. The quota achievement for partner attach was exceeded and partner attach increased year over year, bringing the partner sales motion to the forefront of the company’s strategy.

Leilani Boduch Director, Global Sales, Strategic Accounts Sycomp

Bodell led Pax8’s strategic participation in 250-plus channel events and pro- grams and expanded the Partner Empowerment Program internationally. The new Pax8 partner program drives buying behaviors and strength- ens the partner community focus.

Boduch built an inventory program mitigating risk and procuring technol- ogy early for customers due to supply chain con- straints. She also executed a sustainability exhibit and dedicated resources to support two Historically Black College and University interns.

Bleicher focused on building stronger relation- ships with key partners and identifying new ones to on-board. This enabled her to continue to drive the existing busi- ness while building new sources of revenue for the upcoming year.

Zhanna Boguslavska Sr. Manager, Global Channel Marketing SolarWinds Boguslavska launched the first formal SolarWinds global partner program, the Transform Partner Program. She also rolled out the new SolarWinds Partner Portal that includes an expanded deal registra- tion platform and access to sales and technical prod- uct resources.

Ruba Borno VP, Worldwide Channels, Alliances Amazon Web Services Borno has been focused on simplifying the part- ner experience through Partner Paths, which pro- vide a guided experience based on the partner’s business. She also worked on increasing the value to partners through the AWS Partner Profitability Framework.

Tracey Boucher Brown Director, Marketing YourSix Boucher Brown has been focused on educating the channel on transitioning from on-premises solu- tions to cloud solutions within the physical secu- rity market. She created tools within the partner portal and new website that the channel can utilize to drive business during the transition.

Heather Bouvier Director, Channel, North America 11:11 Systems Bouvier’s accomplish- ments included hiring the right people and promot- ing talent. She hired three channel territory manag- ers to join her team. Every time she gets in front of a partner, she thinks back to her days as a reseller and the qualities it takes to be a great channel rep.
