Jennifer Heard SVP, Global Commercial Sales Red Hat With Heard’s direction, Red Hat organized a globally aligned, 100 percent partner-driven commercial business and established a new role—partner sales executive—to drive its partner-first sales strategy, resulting in higher growth margins and partner and customer success.
Kristin Heisner Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing Commvault Heisner led efforts to revamp Commvault’s global MDF program to capture ROI on all demand generation programs and drove the redesign of the partner portal. She also launched a co-brandable “Modernization” cam- paign for partners.
Sara Hellon Group VP, Global Commercial Sales Strategy, Operations Mitel Hellon devised a strategy for optimizing channel and commercial operations, resulting in increased revenue and partner sat- isfaction. She also helped empower partners and dis- tributors by providing them with access to deeper data insight and tools.
Channel VMware
Hawk-Tillman and her team lead the most crit- ical transformation area for VMware and partners: cross-cloud services. They have orchestrated a multi- cloud channel capable of executing across multiple partner types, routes to market and hyperscalers at scale.

Kristine Henley Global Partner Leader, SMB Amazon Web Services Henley works across all functions of the AWS part- ner, sales and marketing business, aligning regional leadership to a global SMB strategic plan. She led the creation and delivery of an SMB segment strategy across the global partner organization, spanning distribution, consulting partners and ISVs.

Kristyn Hogan VP, Global Collaboration Partner Sales Cisco Systems Hogan launched new part- ner incentives to accelerate the customer life cycle—a Webex activation incentive and a premise-to-cloud- calling migration incentive. She also launched two routes for partners to trans- act collaboration simply and profitably—Agency and Wholesale. Coral Higby Director, Channel Marketing Tangoe US Higby was instrumental to launching Tangoe’s Partner Experience Program to drive partner recruitment and engagement with sales and marketing. One of the campaigns was a mid-enterprise product that reduced time to reve- nue and resulted in a quote that closed in less than two weeks.
Rhody Hill Sr. Director, Partnerships, APJ HashiCorp Hill built and executed a strategy that focused on key partners and iden- tified the right kind of partnerships for mutual growth. She also brought together a disparate team to align and collaborate on a consistent strategy and build a sense of belonging.
Hesseltine improved database validity so that dashboards can be provided to ensure trans- parency within partner relationships. These dash- boards provide direct insight into each opportu- nity and are proprietary to the company’s brand. She also gave a face lift to the existing partner portal.
Henley’s most significant accomplishment over the past year included work- ing with global partners to build or expand new routes to market, including new strategic alliances, partner-led managed services offerings and deeper field penetration with account teams.

Hogan has built go-to- market solution offerings with partners while creating differentiated market solu- tions. These encompass services for customers on Google Cloud, Workspace and Maps. She also built over 50 new partner rela- tionships and agreements with partners on Google Marketplace.
Hodges leads the devel- opment of a new partner portal that provides a contextual, personalized experience and aligns to a partner’s business model. She also launched Campaign Central, a self-service marketing automation platform.
Hills was instrumental in the development of the Alliance Channel Strategy with ExtraHop’s largest stra- tegic partner, CrowdStrike. She collaborated with her team and led by example in working with partners to increase field engagement and revenue.
Hoey recently joined ExtraHop, bringing 25 years of channel experience. She will be focused on develop- ing the company’s global distribution strategy while supporting and managing ExtraHop’s distribution partners worldwide.
