She also led a transition to an “All In On Channel” model in the Americas.

Beth Jensen Director, Worldwide Channel Partner Programs, Services Aruba, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company Jensen led the strategy for several partner program and services delivery ini- tiatives integral to Aruba’s XaaS vision. She also exe- cuted the launch of HPE Partner Ready Vantage, designed to grow Aruba’s XaaS business with partners.

Jelena Jovanovic Channel Marketing Manager, Global Campaigns HYCU Jovanovic has advanced HYCU’s new partner portal, brought ideas to fru- ition from the new Partner Advisory Board and grew the Global PACE Program. Her co-marketing efforts and ability to work col- laboratively helped with the on-boarding of new partners. Cassie Jeppson Director, North America Channel Programs, Operations Lenovo Jeppson has represented Lenovo within the MSP community, building relationships as well as awareness of its MSP support and engagement experience. She also launched a new MSP pro- gram and recruited a large number of partners.

Jardine is responsible for ensuring the global part- ner ecosystem has access to structured marketing programs that are proven to build partner pipeline. She rolled out a company rebranding to GoTo’s global partner community, built out the full part- ner marketing team and launched National Partner Appreciation Week.

Johansen delivered double-digit growth across KPIs in SaaS, partner-sourced and renewals, meeting 100 percent achievement goals. She also delivered key leadership initiatives by building the infra- structure to transform the channel.

Johnson influences $200 million in sales annually by leveraging OEM partner- ships, connecting them to end-user opportunities in hospitals, ambulatory and long-term post-acute care settings. She has educated partners, helping them sell health-care solutions that can save lives.

Johnston has continued to grow Equinix’s partner community and strength- ened existing partner relationships. Through her efforts, Equinix achieved its sixth consecutive quarter of record book- ings through the channel, accounting for 35 percent of bookings and 60 per- cent of new logos.

Johnson managed cross-functional teams to support complex services while increasing cus- tomer satisfaction. She has the ability to see a business issue and work to resolve it while main- taining a positive culture and celebrating wins big and small.

Part of Jule’s respon- sibilities is managing the partner marketing managers’ individual con- tributors. She redefined how to drive account assignments and how to manage a team with the objective of empowering and motivating individual contributors.

Michelle Kadlacek VP, Enterprise Partner Program Spectrum Enterprise Kadlacek implemented several managed ser- vices training sessions for channel teams to assist partners in solu- tion selling. She also enhanced the Spectrum Enterprise Fiber Internet Access product to support national opportunities for larger bulk deals.

Hanna Kalmer Director, Global Channel Marketing Tenable Kalmer increased usage of Tenable’s partner portal by 94 percent year over year, created several new fully integrated partner market- ing campaigns for partners to use to create demand and helped drive signifi- cant channel-in business in North America.

Puja Kandel Principal Owner CMIT Solutions of West Omaha Since Kandel is the only one and the first CMIT Solutions owner in Nebraska, it has been a challenge and an excit- ing time to introduce and grow CMIT Solutions in the state.

As the steward of the Build IT conference, Kaila has focused specifically on developing leadership content and programs to help build stronger lead- ers in the channel. She became John Maxwell Leadership-certified and has been sharing many lessons weekly with her new newsletter.

Justis has continued to emphasize layered security and has added security as a core part of the company’s offer- ings. She has met with each of CMIT Solutions of Charleston’s exist- ing customers to stress the importance of the technology.
