Komal Shah Head of Global Channel Operations Atlassian Shah moved into the SaaS program space over a year ago, which was a change from normal hardware and services program man- agement. She focused primarily on building her tooling and operational chops related to this SaaS space. Mindy Schweitzer Sr. Director, Marketing Sterling Schweitzer developed and executed multifaceted marketing campaigns that promote technology solu- tions to specific vertical audiences. In addition, she established strong relationships with the industry’s top manufac- turers’ marketing teams to assist them in achieving their yearly goals.
Patricia Scire Sr. Director, North America Channel Programs, Strategy Dell Technologies Scire’s team is responsible for the North American channel program, ini- tiatives and process improvements. She and the team ensure channel sales teams and partners are fully educated and enabled around programs, incentives and tools.
Sara Seegers Regional VP, Channel Sales Lumen Technologies Seegers influenced a cul- ture of sales and revenue enablement. During her first year in her role, she was able to help accomplish this for both direct and channel integrated engagement motions. She also created an ecosystem of elevated support that offers a dif- ferentiated partner and customer experience.
Laura Seymour Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing, Operations Hewlett Packard Enterprise Seymour and her team developed new to-partner marketing initiatives to support key business prior- ities, including a marketing and promotional plan to support the HPE Partner Ready Vantage launch and the implementation of a Distribution Activation initiative.
Lauren Shaffer VP, Sales Govplace
Shaffer built a go-to- market channel strategy, hired a partner alliance manager, and prioritized attending partner chan- nel events to strengthen Govplace’s presence. These actions resulted in double-digit sales growth year over year.

She has set the stage to evolve HPE into an asset management company that also offers financial services.
Pamela Sharma Sr. Manager, Partner Marketing Zerto, a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company While continuing to sup- port existing partners, Sharma played a major role in pivoting the strategy to concentrate on HPE stra- tegic partners that were already Zerto partners by targeting them for enable- ment, engagement and joint go-to-market support. Bonnie Simmons VP, Americas Partnerships Vectra AI Simmons recruited and rebuilt a top-notch chan- nel sales team in tandem with creating a net-new focus partner strategy for the Americas. From the team’s initial efforts, Vectra AI has seen a 200 percent increase in partner-driven revenue and 120 percent pipeline growth from Fiscal Year 2021.

Shankar grew the strate- gic portfolio of ISVs twice as fast as the rest of North America accounts by building strong alignment and executive relation- ships with partners. In addition, she has set the foundation for ISV solu- tions to extend their reach.
Shamkova focuses on help- ing partners accelerate and maximize their success sell- ing and supporting cloud communications solutions. She seeks partner feed- back to ensure Intermedia is developing proprietary solutions that address part- ners’ needs and those of their customers.

Michele Shear North America Channel Director Noname Security Shear grew Noname Security’s partner- ship with Guidepoint Security, specifically in the Northeast, North Central and Heartland regions, resulting in large strategic revenue. She also created a strategic plan for invest- ment in partner events.
Rashmi Sheel President CMIT Solutions of Sugar Land Sheel last year grew the business by 3X from 2021. She also worked with several channel partners to find solutions for CMIT Solutions of Sugarland customers’ unique needs and has been able to deliver what she sees as excellent results.

Mary Signorelli Director, Partner Experience Phin Security Over the past 12 months, Signorelli has represented Gradient MSP and Phin at industry events, presented keynotes and contributed to various channel com- munities, bringing simple solutions to the complex problems MSPs face on a daily basis.
Mission Cloud Services Shorb brought diversity reporting into all Mission Cloud messaging to AWS and key ISV partners. She also helped grow the solu- tion provider business 70 percent year over year and launched the AWS Marketplace business, which generated numer- ous net-new logos.
