ALL STAR STARTERS This fun program, for ages 4-6 and 7-10, will cover the basic fundamentals, skills and rules of many sports including basketball, baseball, soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, kickball, football and more! Each day will compose of a different sport or activity for your child to experience for the first time or to develop their current skills. Each class will have age appropriate equipment and skills. SWISH LAB I nterested in learning the game of basketball or working on perfecting your current skills? This lab is for you! GAME DAY TRAINING It’s time to get in shape or stay in shape for those upcoming athletic programs! Boys and Girls ages 8-12 will learn proper, basic techniques and exercises such as jump squats, push-ups, bear crawls, hurdles, speed ladders, and more, while improving their overall endurance, quickness, and strength. Participants will need to wear athletic shoes and clothing and bring a water bottle to class!
