DEVELOPMENT ENGINEERING SUMMARY OF SERVICES
The Development Engineering Division reviews and approves subdivision maps, landscaping, drainage, utility and public and private street improvement plans. Additional responsibilities include Assessment District and Community Facility District (CFD) administration; Capital Improvement Program (CIP) design administration; identification and acquisition of right-of-way required for capital improvement projects; and administration of the Flood Plain Management programs. Accomplishments During the past Fiscal Year, Development Engineering processed over 100 Final Maps, Easements and Lot Line Adjustments. Staff reviewed and approved over 110 acres of landscape improvements throughout the City. Staff administered 17 design projects for a total design cost of approximately $11.2M.
