FACILITIES MAINTENANCE SUMMARY OF SERVICES
The Facilities Maintenance Division provides inspection services, preventive and corrective maintenance of the City's facilities and buildings located in community and neighborhood parks, including the Orange County Great Park. Services provided by the Facilities Maintenance Division include maintenance of playground and athletic field equipment; park, trail and facility lighting; maintenance of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems; and the citywide graffiti abatement program.
Accomplishments
Completed 43 CIP maintenance projects valued at approximately $1.1 million. Performed Facilities Condition Assessment (FCA) on City facilities and developed 20 year scheduled maintenance budget and program. Streamlined the administration and management of facilities maintenance projects using Job Order Contracting via the ezIQC procurement program. Accepted maintenance of new facilities including Phase 3 and 4 of the Great Park Sports Complex, The Bosque, Portola Springs and Los Olivos.
