TRANSPORTATION PLANNING & PROJECT DEVELOPMENT SUMMARY OF SERVICES
The Transportation Planning and Project Development Division defines, develops and coordinates the implementation of transportation infrastructure/circulation improvements in concert with local and regional land use planning and development, the City’s General Plan, and related policies and mandates.
Accomplishments Secured more than $5.5 million in outside grant funding sources for transportation projects. Completed Preliminary Engineering and environmental clearance for the Jeffrey Open Space Trail I-5 Bicycle and Pedestrian bridge Completed a prioritization of projects within the IBC Vision plan mitigation for implementation Completed naming of all of the City’s off-street bicycle trails
