Fund 107: ROAD MAINTENANCE AND REHABILITATION FUND This fund was established to account for the revenues and expenditures for the Road Repair and Accountability Act of 2017, which provides funding to cities and counties through Road Maintenance and Rehabilitation Account (RMRA). RMRA local street and road allocations must be primarily used for road maintenance and rehabilitation, safety projects, railroad grade separations, traffic control devices, and complete street components. In FY 2019-20, $4.6 million is appropriated towards two projects: $3.6 million for Barranca Parkway Pavement Rehabilitation and $1.0 million for Campus Drive Rehabilitation from University Drive to Carlson. For FY 2020-21, $4.6 million is appropriated to various new and existing projects, some of the larger projects are: $1.6 million for Irvine Center Drive Pavement Rehabilitation from Jeffrey to Sand Canyon, $1.4 million for Culver Drive Pavement Rehabilitation from I-5 to Walnut, and $1.3 million for Local Street Rehabilitation.
