SPECIAL FUNDS
Fund 125: COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUND This fund was established to satisfy legal requirements that Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds be segregated from other funds. CDBG funds are awarded to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and are used to provide a variety of public service programs throughout the community. A separate staff report will be presented to the City Council for budgeting purposes for FY 2019-20 and FY 2020-21, which will include a reprogramming of remaining unused budgeted funds from prior years and programming of the new grant revenue and related appropriations.
