INTRODUCTION
CSMFO Excellence in Operational Budgeting – FY 2018-19:
The California Society of Municipal Finance Officers (CSMFO) presented an Excellence in Operational Budgeting Award to the City of Irvine, California for its annual budget for the FY 2018-19 beginning July 1, 2018. In order to receive this award, a governmental unit must publish a budget document that meets the criteria for excellence established by CSMFO.
This award is valid for a period of one year only. We believe our current budget continues to conform to program requirements, and we will submit it to CSMFO for review and evaluation.
