Fund 254: RAILROAD GRADE SEPARATION This fund accounts for the City's railroad grade separation projects. The two projects are the Sand Canyon Grade Separation and Jeffrey Road Grade Separation. The Sand Canyon Grade Separation project is managed by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). Both of the projects are complete and have been closed during the Fiscal Year 2017-18 Capital Improvement Program Year-End process. The fund will be closed out at the end of Fiscal Year 2017-18 and the remaining fund will be transferred to the System Development Charge (SDC) Circulation fund.
