CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
High Priority Traffic Projects In 2015, the City Council established a strategic goal of enhancing citywide mobility. A comprehensive citywide traffic management study was completed and identified strategies for improving traffic flow. The study analyzed traffic congestion issues, traffic operation and management practices, and strategies in transit, walking, and biking. The following are some of the high priority traffic projects for FY 2019-20 and FY 2020-21:
