The name of Jesus (Eph. 1:21) is a personal name, (Matt. 1:21) a powerful name, (Acts 4:12) a life-giving name, (Jn. 20:31) a name for service, (Lk. 10:17) a name for daily duties, (Gal. 3:17) a name for prayer (Jn. 14:13) a name exalted in Christian gatherings, (Matt. 18:20) an everlasting name (Ps. 72:17).—Tucker. v.13.
