Joseph Sherman | Assistant Portfolio Manager
Joseph Sherman is the Assistant Portfolio Manager at EntrepreneurShares. He has been with the Company since November 2016 and during that time has played a key role in the construction of the firm’s first ETF, launched in November 2017. Mr. Sherman's current responsibilities include supporting the portfolio manager with portfolio construction, re-balancing and trading, individual security research and analysis, portfolio monitoring, and other day-to-day investment responsibilities. Previously, he worked at Chestnut Hill Realty as a financial analyst for their investment team. Mr. Sherman received his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics and a minor in Finance from McGill University. Mr. Sherman passed the CFA Level III Exam and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience. Peter Weiner is the Head of Business Development at EntrepreneurShares. He has been with the Company since April 2018 playing a key role building up the trading platform and consultant network. Mr. Weiner is an accomplished leader with a consistent track record of success and has a reputation for developing long-standing, high-value relationships with clients. Mr. Weiner is skilled at growing revenues and ultimately profits in a global environment, including Europe and Latin America, in the Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Endowment and Foundation space. Mr. Weiner demonstrates strong client, product, sales, and marketing orientation with experience managing a large-scale team of analysts and sales executives. Mr. Weiner is recognized as a passionate, disciplined, and determined leader. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Northeastern University. Alissa Shulman is the Chief Financial Officer at EntrepreneurShares. She has been with the Company since May 2016 and during that time has played a key role in the October 2016 Founder/CEO Index launch, as well as the construction of the firm’s first ETF, the ERShares Entrepreneur 30 ETF launched in November 2017. Ms. Shulman's current responsibilities include supporting the portfolio manager, individual security research and analysis, and the quarterly re-balance for the portfolios. Previously, she worked at Gordon Brothers Group as an analyst for the Commercial & Industrial disposition team and for Gordon Brothers-AccuVal’s Retail Inventory Valuation team. She received her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Babson College and is currently a CFA Level II candidate.
