Fit4Life: How To Improve Health

Patient Spotlight

Hear What Our Patients Had To Say! “I have a full range of motion with no pain!” “I first came in with a frozen shoulder and in extreme pain with very limited movement. Working with the team, I was able to make improvements every week and now I have a full range of motion with no pain. My treatment plan as updated as I progressed and they explained everything to me along the way. They even tried different types of treatment when my progress wasn’t improving. I’m very happy with my results and with the care I received. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing Physical therapy.” – Marie K.

Fiona Monday Physical Therapist Assistant

Welcome to Fit 4 Life! My name is Fiona Monday. I started at Fit 4 Life as a client in 2002. All it took was one workout and I was hooked! In 2005, I moved back to Tampa and became a personal trainer. I loved pushing people to reach their goals and live a healthy lifestyle. However, Physical Therapy was always a field I wanted to get into. I decided to go back to school to become a PTA. I am so glad I did. Whether it’s teaching people how to work out, eat right, or treat a diagnosis, I am committed to helping people become healthy and happy! Other fun facts about me are that I grew up in Temple Terrace, FL and went to Berkeley Prep High School, where I was a 3-sport athlete. I was fortunate enough to receive a full volleyball scholarship and have a successful career as a student-athlete at FSU. I earned a BS degree in Business and an MS in Sports Administration. I coached college volleyball for 7 years and currently, I coach a club volleyball team in Temple Terrace called the North Tampa Stars. I have a wonderful husband, Travis, and together we have two amazing girls, Molly and Madison. Thank you for coming to F4L and being a part of our lives! We look forward to helping you!
