Chocolate Lava Cakes
½ cup butter (1 stick) 4 oz semi-sweet or milk chocolate 2 eggs 2 egg yolks
¼ cup sugar 2 tbsp flour 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Optional toppings: powdered sugar, strawber- ries, vanilla ice cream Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease 4 ramekins (or muffin tin cups). Melt butter and chocolate to- gether until smooth. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until slightly fluffy.Slowly whisk in melted chocolate. Stir in flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour into ramekins and bake 10–12 minutes (edges set, center soft). Let sit 1 minute, then flip onto a plate or enjoy right away.
