Flooring selected and delivered. Car- lotta was determined to start laying the flooring right away. She had done her homework and couldn‘t wait to get started. She was incredibly excited to see how the new flooring would look in her large open-plan living room and kitchen area. Of course, she needed more time to do the work on her own. But she proceeded step by step in a focused manner and made good pro- gress. “I was also able to handle things very well physically,” Carlotta estima- tes. „The packages with the flooring weren‘t too heavy for me and I was able to use the necessary tools well.

Carlotta and her husband Sebastian have realized their dream of family life in the coun- tryside. After completing their studies, the couple moved to the beautiful Mecklenburg Lake District. Here, in the small village of Grü- now, they found the perfect place for their new home. The plans for the house were made. Since Sebastian travels a lot for work, Carlotta took charge of the construction project. She also lent a hand in many areas herself: “I enjoy doing manual work and have realized that I can do a lot of things myself,” says Carlotta. “The important thing is to take the time be- forehand to watch DIY videos and read up on things. Considering how carefully Carlotta planned the construction of her house, it is not sur- prising that she did not experiment when purchasing flooring. It was absolutely clear to her that she would select the flooring from our KRONOTEX specialist dealer MEH Parkett in Berlin and not buy it online. “I really wanted to be able to see and touch the flooring,” emphasizes the builder. “It was also important to me to see the planks in both daylight and artificial light. And here in the store, I was able to lay out different floors that I really liked side by side and see how they looked.”
