Mandate was our selection to represent our largest sire group and that comes out of our first calvers as we usually AI to just one bull. The quality of these cattle is far from disappointing when you think of the big picture of calving first timers. Calving problems were virtually non-existant and they are all marked well and built very good. It was hard to make the sort to decide who got to make the sale because the quality runs deep in this sire group. 95% of the mandate sons in this sale are below average BW and all of them ended up being above average weaning WW.
