Even a little color attracts and pleases the eye of would-be buyers. Add color with flowers. Plant them along walkway borders or around your mailbox. If deer make them a buffet, consider window boxes or entry pots. Your local garden center can advise on the best options for your sun exposure and other conditions.
Bonus Tip
An upscale mailbox, architectural house numbers, or address plaques can make your house stand out. If you don’t buy new, give your old mailbox a facelift with paint and new house numbers.
