We would like to invite you to our sixth annual production sale on Tuesday, March 3, 2026 in Columbus, NE. What an incredible and exciting time it is to be involved with the cattle industry with record high prices holding over multiple calf crops and the consumer demand for beef continuing to grow. We are very excited about this year’s offering! This set of bulls and females strongly reflect the quality and uniformity we strive to produce in our program. We breed cattle that are structurally sound, excel in producing pounds for sale along with carcass merit, and with fertility and maternal production. The convenience traits of phenotype, good feet, quality udders, and gentle disposition are just as important as EPDs. This set of bulls and females are a great reflection of just that. The mild fall and winter weather has allowed us to develop the bulls on a lower energy plane of nutrition than in previous years. This has ensured they will be in perfect breeding condition when you need them to be and will maintain the sound structure you can see now throughout their lives. All of the bulls will have a breeding soundness exam prior to the sale to ensure they will be ready for breeding this spring. It is our goal to have these bulls be able to transition to your operation, ensure they hold their condition, and are sound breeders. We are also offering 17 registered yearling angus heifers with several having the phenotype, genetic merit, and pedigrees to become donor females. These females are straight out of the replacement pen and have been fed to be ready for breeding this spring. They have great dispositions and will go on to make excellent cows for any operation. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Seeing customers find success with our genetics is the foundation of what we do and why we raise registered Angus cattle. As the consulting nutritionist, I strive to develop optimal nutrition and management programs to match and express the genetic potential of the cattle while giving special attention to safeguarding soundness and reproductive longevity. I believe in developing breeding stock, not finishing them, and the bulls and heifers available for your consideration have been developed under that philosophy. Special attention has been given to meeting their nutritional requirements using high-roughage, moderate-energy diets with particular attention given to optimal vitamin and trace mineral supplementation to promote proper reproductive development and ensure reproductive longevity.
