outset, she developed a strong understanding of the business, going on to work across all areas of the operation and gaining valuable experience in every department. This broad background has given her a comprehensive insight into both the commercial and operational sides of the company, as well as the day-to-day needs of customers and colleagues. WES operates from two branches in Belfast and Bangor, serving contractors across Northern Ireland. In 2019, Tracey was appointed branch manager of the Bangor branch, where she demonstrated great leadership with a focus on customer service, team development and operational efficiency. Under her management, the branch continued to build on its reputation as a trusted and customer-focused electrical wholesaler. Her appointment as director reflects WES’s commitment to recognising and promoting talent from within the organisation. In her new role, Tracey will play a key role in shaping the future direction of WES across both branches, supporting continued growth while maintaining the high standards of service for which the business is known. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting new people, and driving sales. If you have sales experience, a positive attitude, and love helping customers find the right solutions, we’d love to hear from you. INTERNAL SALES/TRADE COUNTER REPRESENTATIVE This role suits someone who loves helping customers and keeping things moving. You’ll be assisting customers at the trade counter, handling internal sales enquiries, and providing product advice. Experience in sales or trade supplies would be a big plus. If you’re approachable, driven, and looking to join a supportive team with room to grow, we’d love to hear from you.
