Ovia Ireland, part of Scolmore Group, has launched a newly-enhanced Orbik by Ovia emergency lighting range. The development marks the next chapter for the long-established Orbik brand, which was brought under Scolmore Group’s distribution earlier this year and integrated within Ovia Ireland’s growing lighting portfolio. The enhanced Orbik by Ovia portfolio introduces four flagship products, each engineered to deliver improved performance, flexibility and installation efficiency: • Novem HO5 : A high-output, non- maintained emergency bulkhead, delivering a light output of 920 lumens. • Calvip 65: A slimline IP65 exit box featuring an IP65 ingress protection rating, perfect for damp or humid environments such as changing rooms and shower areas. • Synex5: A five-in-one exit sign
providing multiple mounting options within a single unit - ceiling and wall mount as standard, with additional accessories available for suspended, recessed or side-mounted installations. • Vipex5: A 4W polycarbonate exit box boasting a 36m viewing distance for maximum visibility and safety, and a sleek ultra-slim frame. The upgraded Orbik range covers exit signs, twin and pin spots, bulkheads and control gear. Alongside these launches, the entire Orbik range has been
upgraded, featuring enhanced self-test functionality, long-life LiFePO4 battery technology and an optional black finish to meet the demands of modern emergency lighting applications. The range also includes eco-friendly packaging and a five-year warranty.
