A comprehensive security and communication system has been installed in the Claremont luxury apartment development, comprising advanced Milesight CCTV, Comelit intercom systems and integrated access control solutions. The project was delivered by Mongey Communications, a trusted leader in building security technologies, working under the instruction of O’Neill Mechanical & Electrical Services. Mongey Communications Project Manager Cormac O’Connor oversaw every stage of the installation, ensuring seamless coordination between contractors and precise execution across the development. The Milesight CCTV system now provides management with high- definition, reliable surveillance, while
the Comelit intercoms offer clear, convenient communication for visitor management. In addition, the new access control system enhances safety throughout the complex, giving residents and management greater control over building entry points. The combined solution significantly strengthens the overall security infrastructure at Claremont.
