A trusted partner for electrical and cable management solutions, PEMCO has welcomed more than five decades of business growth. The business has grown from humble beginnings to become Ireland’s leading manufacturer and distributor of electrical components. Established in 1974 by Joseph Tynan Sr, an electrician by trade, PEMCO is now a third-generation family-run business employing 17 people. Behind the Bray-based company’s success is a commitment to unmatched customer support, large stock levels across its full product range and fast, reliable nationwide delivery. PEMCO stocks a full range of cable management systems, PVC flush, surface and socket boxes, metal boxes, earth rods, PVC conduit, wiring accessories, lighting and more. All PVC boxes, trunking and conduits
are manufactured at its 20,000sqft facility in Bray, with some of its lighting ranges also assembled on site. An expert in-house team manufactures and delivers injection-moulded and extrusion products to customers across Ireland. A leading manufacturer of cable management solutions for commercial, industrial, healthcare, education and domestic markets, PEMCO also prides itself on competitive pricing and knowledgeable staff. Working closely with suppliers to ensure customer requirements are met, quality and safety are top priorities with all products tested to comply with European standards. Progressive technology is integrated into user-centric products from cable management and metal boxes to switches, sockets and wiring accessories. An expert team delivers extrusion and
moulding in a range of shapes and sizes including bespoke PVC and plastic conduit, profiles and extrusions. Four separate extrusion lines offer capacity to produce rigid profiles at competitive prices, including high- volume production runs. PEMCO’s injection moulding and extruders use cutting-edge technology, high-quality tools and robust internal quality procedures to ensure projects are completed right the first time, on time. Sustainability is also a focus, with PEMCO adapting its manufacturing processes to incorporate recycled material in its oval conduit. The company re-uses all waste raw material and has invested in its on-site reclamation operation for collecting uPVC and processing it into raw material.
