impacting the parking structure. Construction of the proposed abutments in front of the existing wall may be possible but will likely reduce shoulder widths on the Downtown Connector and leaving sufficient space for maintenance of the proposed cap abutments may not be possible. The construction approach for this location will need to be further evaluated as design progresses but impacts to the parking garage structure may be unavoidable.
