The LOS was calculated for every link within the subarea as seen in Figures C.6 and C.7 below. The time periods observed were 2020 AM Peak (6AM – 10AM) and 2020 PM Peak (3PM – 7PM). In general, 2020 PM Peak was more congested adjacent to The Stitch than the 2020 AM Peak. The congested surface streets within the subarea for 2020 AM Peak and 2020 PM Peak include Ralph McGill Boulevard, Ellis Street, John Wesley Dobbs Avenue, Highland Avenue, Courtland Street, and Piedmont Avenue. In addition, the Interstate areas were consistently found to be either LOS E or LOS F throughout the ADID area.
