Description
MARTA's Station Rehabilitation Program, a $300 million initiative, will improve rider experience at all 38 MARTA rail stations. Improvements as part of this program range from aesthetic upgrades (e.g., replacing pavers/tiles and installing wayfinding signs) to repairs that are integral to the station (e.g., foundation repairs) to the installation of new features (e.g., SMART public restrooms). Civic Center Station is included in the fifth wave of Station Rehabilitation projects, currently scheduled for construction around 2025-2026.
