The goal of this plan is to reimagine Peachtree Street to enhance public life and improve private development. The plan provides a comprehensive overview of the Peachtree Street corridor and outlines land use opportunities that are vital to the success of the corridor. The study provides an assessment of existing buildings along the corridor and outlines potential funding strategies to reinvest in those buildings or properties. In addition, urban design opportunities along the corridor are evaluated and proposed.
