To-Die-For Cookies 1 cup butter, softened 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 2 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips 1 cup butterscotch flavored chips 1 cup white chocolate chips 2 cups chocolate-coated toffee bits 1 cup chopped walnuts or nuts of choice

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips, toffee bits and nuts. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool slightly on baking sheets; transfer to wire cooling racks. Makes about 10 dozen.

Pecan Dreams 1 cup butter, softened

1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 ½ cups chopped pecans 1 cup powdered sugar In large mixing bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar and vanilla. Add flour; mix well. Stir in pecans. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Shape heaping tablespoonfuls of dough into logs; bend each into crescent shape. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets. Roll in powdered sugar; transfer to wire cooling racks. Makes about 3 dozen.
