SPORT EVENTS? 2025-2026 SEASON WHAT OUR REQUIREMENTS ARE LOOKING TO CREATE A TOUR FOR YOUR

Sports organizations need to offer 6 or more games across the United States or World to schedule a Sports Music Tour. The average game needs to have 5000 or more captive fans and athletes per performance and must be capable of supplying a professional stage area and PA system.

If your Industry wants to secure a tour for the 2025-2026 sports season that runs August - July, registration is now open.

WHAT ARE THE FACILITY REQUIREMENTS TO HOST A PERFORMANCE ?

Event producers need to provide at least 15 minutes of uninterrupted performance time for the artists to perform In front of a captive audience of 5000 or more fans. They can offer more performance time such as offering two singing moments, first for the national anthem and then secondly for a concert-type performance late in the game such as at half-time. There needs to be a closed-door room to fans that the artists can retreat to for refreshments and a moment away from fans. The group needs exposure in a high-traffic area where they can set up a meet-and-greet area for fans and a small merchandise table with power.
