Meeting The Client’s Requirements:
There was a large team involved in different aspects of the build. Managing the Request for Information (RFI) and communication between the various teams required meticulous attention to detail and effective collaboration. Additionally, making key electrical decisions, such as the placement of Roxtec units, proved to be challenging but once resolved, the installation was completed swiftly. Ardmac maintained a well-managed program, with weekly reporting ensuring transparency and control over the project schedule. After overcoming any challenges and managing the project effectively, Ardmac successfully completed the construction of this modular project on schedule. The manufacturing of the project took just 26 days in total before being transported to Denmark from Longford. The client expressed their satisfaction with Ardmac’s performance, highlighting our consistent delivery of high-quality products, proactive communication, and responsiveness to inquiries, which aided the effective planning and smooth workflows throughout the project.
