WHAT PATIENTS ARE SAYING “It has truly been a pleasure work with this group. ” “What an amazing experience, I am so impressed with the way I have been taken care of here. The staff has been wonderful. Most places tell you what is going to be done here, they ask you what is going on and then they address care according to my needs. It has truly been a pleasure work with this group. Thank you all so much for helping me feel so much better. It has been amazing.” - T.K. Idaho Falls Clark grew up in Rexburg, ID. EXERCISE ESSENTIALS T RY T H I S MOV EMENT TO R E L I E V E SHOU L D E R PA I N . SINGLE SHOULDER RAISE Start by standing with good posture and your arms by your side. Raise one shoulder to a 90 degree angle and hold for 10 seconds. Repeat 5 times on each arm. At Superior Physical Therapy, we have taken the next step in achieving better results for our patients. EMG testing can be performed by a physical therapist that is board certified in Clinical Electrophysiology. EMGmeasures the electrical activity of muscles at rest and during contraction. Nerves control the muscles in the body by electrical signals (impulses), and these impulses cause muscles to react in specific ways. If you’re suffering from back pain, neck pain, numbness, or tingling in the hands or feet, weakness in legs, arms, or hands, ask your physical therapist pr physician if EMG/NCS testing is right for you.
