Kennedy Row is located at 1717 East Capitol St., SE across the street from the newly-renovated Eastern Se- nior High School and in close proximity to neighborhoods such as Capitol Hill, Eastern Market, H Street Corridor and Barracks Row. Completed in 2013, the property is 94% occupied and has a variety of studio, one- and two-bedroom units. Community amenities include a rooftop terrace with outdoor living and dining ar- eas, on-site fitness center, pet BEL AIR, MD — Peak Management has announced the initiation of construction for the Avanti Luxury Apart- ments, a 198-unit community situated along Tollgate Rd. and between Bel Air South Parkway and Plumtree Rd. in the Bel Air section of Harford County. Site work began in July for the apartment com- munity, featuring unit sizes ranging from approximately 1,000 to 1,500 s/f of space, with delivery and resident move-ins expected to begin in summer 2016. The project is contained on the parcel formerly known as Evergreen Woods. To ensure convenient acces- sibility to the apartment com- munity, and as part of the de- velopment agreement reached with Harford County, Peak Management is constructing the stretch of Tollgate Rd. that will ultimately connect Plumtree Rd. to Bel Air South Parkway. Avanti Luxury Apartments will consist of eight sepa- rate three-story garden-style apartment buildings, includ- ing a 5,500 s/f clubhouse containing a state-of-the-art fitness center, community room, business center and out- door pool.
